Processing Times

• Orders are lovingly packed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

• Personalized or custom items may take a little longer — please allow up to 7 business days before shipping.

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • At this time, we are unable to ship internationally

• Order Tracking

  Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey from our boutique to your doorstep.

• Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Love Wags and Whiskers is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

  • If an issue arises, please contact the carrier first with your tracking information.
