Love Wags and Whiskers Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Love Wags and Whiskers, every item is chosen with care to bring joy to your pets (and you!). We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

Returns

• We gladly accept returns of new, unused, and unwashed items still in original package within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or color? We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items.

• Simply return your original item, and we’ll send out your new choice once we receive it.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized or custom items (e.g., engraved tags, monogrammed products)

• Final sale or clearance items

• Pet treats, toys, and consumables

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
